1. Introduction

4. Free and Premium Plans
The App offers both free and premium services:
– Free services: social media features, calendar, quizzes, and walk timer
– Premium services: full access to informational articles and guided exercises
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscriptions: We offer monthly and annual subscriptions for access to premium services.
5.2 Payment methods: Payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
5.3 Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5.4 Cancellation: Simply deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation procedure through the App Store or Google Play Store.
5.5 Refund policy: We do not offer refunds for partially used or unused subscription periods. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of content: All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Le doti del cane di Chiara Fiaoni or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 License to use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6.3 User-generated content: You will retain ownership of any content you post on the App, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content within the scope of the App’s services.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Use of training exercises: You acknowledge and agree that performing the training exercises proposed in the App is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for determining whether your dog is physically and mentally capable of performing a given exercise. The Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the performance of the exercises.
7.2 Assessment of dog’s abilities: It is your responsibility to adequately assess your dog’s abilities, health, and predisposition before starting any exercise or training program proposed in the App.
7.3 Results: Training results may vary based on numerous factors, including breed, age, temperament, and previous training experiences of the dog. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services.
8. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
– Comply with all applicable laws
– Respect the privacy and rights of other users
– Not post offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
– Not harass or intimidate other users
– Not use the App to promote commercial services without authorization
– Not attempt to access restricted areas of the App or its systems or networks
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service availability: We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
10.2 Disclaimer of warranties: The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10.3 Limitation of liability: In no event shall Le doti del cane di Chiara Fiaoni be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
11. Restrictions on Use of the Services

– Frame or link to any materials or information available on the Services;
